Return Policy

Once a quote has been confirmed and by the Client, Terms and Conditions accepted, and payment has been held by our merchant services provider, the order must be considered non-refundable.  Please see our Terms and Conditions for clarification.  Refunds are not provided.  Should the documents fail to meet the requirements of the municipality who is governing the project, HVAC Design Pros, LLC will exercise all means necessary to ensure compliance.  Should the Client feel that the documents are not desired or required after the payment has been authorized an account credit towards future design services will be offered only.  No refunds or returns are provided.  This account credit will be for the full quoted value less any tangible material or labor costs incurred through the processing.  The account credit will not expire and can be redeemed at any time for any future service offered by HVAC Design Pros, LLC.
