High Country Workforce Development Board has grant money help folks that qualify get training to assist them in finding a job or improving their existing business. If you qualify, you may be able to attend this HERS training for free! You musts live in one of their counties: Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Mitchell, Watauga, Wilkes, and Yancey to qualify.
